The Peterborough Humane Society’s Dogust campaign is back for its second year, offering a unique opportunity to adopt a dog at a reduced fee. Throughout August, all dog adoptions are available for $300, helping more animals find their forever homes while opening space for new arrivals.

Si Grobler, Manager of Donor Experience and Communications, explains that August is typically a slower month for adoptions. “Every adoption helps two dogs in the end,” he says.

Whether you’re looking to adopt or support, Dogust is a chance to make a difference in the lives of local dogs.
