On Friday, May 30th, Fourcast welcomed the community to an open house at Paddock Wood, its new residential withdrawal management and addiction treatment facility in Peterborough. The event offered a first look at the 16-bed centre designed to support people facing substance use challenges with compassionate, integrated care.
Speakers including Fourcast Executive Director Donna Rogers and MPP Dave Smith highlighted the importance of accessible addiction services and the centre’s role in addressing local needs. The open house also provided a chance for community members and partners to learn about programming, staffing, and housing supports linked to the facility.
Fourcast hopes Paddock Wood will become a vital resource for people in all stages of recovery.
