Since 2005, ReFrame Film Festival has been showcasing international documentary film with a focus on social and environmental justice.
Trent Radio met with Athena Emmanouil, student intern at ReFrame, to get a look behind the scenes.
Among the films being shown at ReFrame is Mr. Possibility, directed by local filmmaker Matt Snell, who sat down with Trent Radio to provide insight on making film in Peterborough.
Passes for the film festival are available now, through reframefilmfestival.ca. The in-person program will run from January 30 to February 1, 2026, at both Showplace Performance Centre and Market Hall Performing Arts Centre. The online program will run from February 3 to February 8, streaming across Canada from reframefilmfestival.ca.
