A Lakelands Public Health (LPH) Board of Health meeting on April 15th included a report detailing their efforts to educate the public about the potential risks of radon gas. Manager of Emergency Services & Healthy Environments, Julie Bromley, presented the report on LPH’s public information radon campaign, as well as attempts to better appraise radon concentrations in Peterborough and the surrounding region.
