Canadian artist JoEllen Brydon’s newest exhibit, “Elizabeth Thompson Advises,” focuses on an archive of letters and columns from the Globe and Mail, which JoEllen inherited from her late mother, Jean Brydon.

Trent Radio spoke with JoEllen, as well as Fynn Leitch, Curator at the Art Gallery of Peterborough, about the exhibit and the work that has gone into it.

The exhibit, which is comprised of paintings, audio art and short films, is showing at the Art Gallery of Peterborough, from April 18th to June 28th, 2026.
