The City of Peterborough is running a pilot program to make public transit free to use for youth between the ages of 13 and 18.
The Youth Transit Pass is available to students enrolled in Peterborough secondary schools and in grades 7 & 8.
Students enrolled in the Youth Transit Pass program can take the bus free of charge after school, and on weekends, throughout the summer, and on public holidays.
